🌱 A recent conversation with a psychotherapist opened my eyes to the humanistic-existential approach in care. Among the documentation she shared, I was struck by the story of a caregiver who found new meaning and perspective despite overwhelming suffering.
💡 It reminded me that even in linguistic validation, behind every word there is always a person, with their own story and fears.
