🎯 Italy – MDR/IVDR implementation decrees in force

The Italian implementation decrees for Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR) and Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDR) will come into force on September 28. They will apply to all stakeholders (notified bodies, economic operators and healthcare operators).
